i can't imagine Vertigo on an explorer...Edge does too much swinging on Vertigo, and the Explorer exactly the hard rocker guitar...I saw Vertigo on a Gibson SG

they'll never play Love and Peace, ABoY, or Crumbs again, and Vertigo & CoBL will probably be played with the same guitars.


btw, tone-wise, the Tele (which Edge has always used for Vertigo -- but europop said he saw it with an SG?) and the Explorer are totally 100% complete opposites. as for the Les Paul comparted to the Grestch, i don't know first hand, but i do believe the Les Paul is a bit beefier.
