Apart from the Frank Sinatra Tribute version, they've never really performed this song live. Bono did sing some verses in concert, once. That was in Antwerp during the Elevation Tour (5 August 2001).
Someone in the crowd requested this song. Bono said he didn't knew the words to it, but sang a verse anyway. They then played Stay and after that song Bono again sang (a capella) some parts from Two Shots...

It was great to witness that moment!

I've just really listened to and discovered this song this week. What a great, sad, bittersweet and uplifting, happy, hopeful kind of lovesong

I think, maybe I could hear MacPhisto singing this or at least parts of it.
