I like your setlist ^^ Think it's quite likely too!

I wouldn't mind seeing NYD given a rest. It's been on every single tour since WAR. I think Pride is fresh enough to stay, ditto Streets and agree that RTSS and ISHFWILF should make a comeback. Also what about FIRST TIME and PLEASE?

I really don't think they'll play Lemon, In God's Country, One Tree Hill, Ultra Violet and Hold me, Thrill me ... ever again

and though I love Lemon and One Tree Hill and felt that HMTMKMKM was one of the highlights of POPMart I can't really say I'd miss any of them

if there are going to be any real surprises I'm hoping for "Two Hearts Beat as One" and/or "Rejoice" (which is also never going to happen, but oh well)
and perhaps for Running to stand still to return

Strato Edge - 'I just want a tour.'

My sentiments exactly.

this is what i'd like to see in a 24 song setlist.

7 new songs

the ground beneath her feet (full band version)
sunday blood sunday

Songs from the War era and Achtung baby will match the new album. So I think some of these songs will intermingle with new songs at the start of the setlist. It will also follow a similar format to Elevation and Zootv setlists.
Streets and Bullet will be major parts of every show!!

Beautiful Day, Elevation, Pride, Out Of Control, I Will Follow, 11 O'clock Tick Tock, Gone, Discotheque, The Fly, Exit, The Electric Co, All I Want is You, Wild Honey and Staring At The Sun will be regularly swapped in and out. Please could have both acoustic and full band moments, as would Angel Of Harlem and Stay.
And when they do a video of the Tour, this time One and Mysterious Ways will make the cut...surely. I think they were dropped, along with Pride because they are the 3 most popular songs...they wanted people to see they could pull it off without em and maybe forget about those songs and then bring em back next time so as to keep them fresh!

as much as it would be nice for U2 to come out and do the Pearl Jam / Bruce Springsteen thing... meaning that they could break out just about anything they've ever done on any given night... it just isn't going to happen. it'll be 7-8 new songs and a bunch of the ol' faithful ones. this is why i'm hoping for another huge multimedia event along the lines of zoo-tv or pop-mart for this show. u2 is great live, but honestly, they kinda need a gimmick for each tour because they play a similar set list every night.

another thing I would like is that maybe, sometimes, in the acoustic set, they could play a song from a band of that city
for example:
-U2 goes to Seattle, the play an acoustic version of Pearl Jam's "Jeremy"
-U2 goes to New Jersey, they play an acoustic song of Bruce Springsteen or an acoustic version of Bon jovi's "Runaway" (beautiful acousticly)

something like that
I don't know

Oh, I forgot to mention Bullet the blue sky. They can play it somewhere in the middle of the setlist...

Ever since I saw the little snippet of Night and Day from Musicares I've really wanted to hear them do that song live.

So am I. Based on the videos (because I was... 5 and 9 when these shows were in Australia and we missed Elevation) the ZooTV and POPMart Tours are amazing and way better than the Elevation Tour... I want a huge show!
