Difference is, Spanish Eyes is mostly filler bits, with an occasional good line here and there.

Well, the difference here is that "baby, baby, baby, light my way" is the chorus. Since it's so central to the song, I think it's more than fair to trash it for being absolutely vapid. "Yeah" x20,000 in Vertigo just seems like a bit of a pissweak way to end the song, like they didn't have any idea how else to do it. Agreed on "wey hey hey" though, which is just a good bit of fun.

The remaining lyrics of Ultraviolet MORE THAN make up for the Baby Baby Babys. Whereas there is nothing much else to make up for the yeah yeah yeahs of Vertigo. Anyway this is pointless because I enjoy both songs for different reasons.
