Well, each song was rated by a combination of their respective studio recordings and live performances. 'One' is one of the few U2 tracks that I think got marginally worse on stage. Similarly, I think the live performances of Bullet are nothing short of cathartic/brilliant/mesmerizing, but the studio recording leaves a little to be desired, and as such the track is lower on the list than it would be if I was just ranking live performances. Songs like Streets, Please, Until, etc are perfect either way
