yes it's ok... bono's vocals aren't good. if they would have spent more time, maybe it could've been a good song, 'cause the guitar work is pretty good... but bono's vocals, especially on the chorus, seem rushed and out of tune even... i don't like it either 
frankly, i think they should have kept it in the vaults and reworked it for the next album, because it does have promise, just not in it's current form.
