Miracle Drug at 3:00 is definitely the Edge. Here's proof:

2. Miracle Drug (3:53)
Lyrics by Bono, Produced by Steve Lillywhite, Additional production by Carl Glanville and Jacknife Lee, Piano and additional vocal by The Edge, Backing vocal by Bono and Larry Mullen, Synthesizers and Programming by Jacknife Lee

As for Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own, the falsetto has to be Edge since there is no other part that where he could have sang solo and he is given credit for additional vocals. Also, the falsetto there sounds just like Edge's falsetto in the live versions of Stuck In A Moment and quite different from Bono's falsetto which is not as plain and has more poise and soul to it:

3. Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own (5:05)
Lyrics by Bono, Produced by Chris Thomas, Additional production by Steve Lillywhite and Nellee Hooper, Keyboards and additional vocal by The Edge

A Man And A Woman definitely has no Edge in the lead vocals as the song credits don't say so:

7. A Man And A Woman (4:27)
Lyrics by Bono, Produced by Jacknife Lee, Backing vocals and aditional percussion by The Edge, Synthesizers by Jacknife Lee

As for the ones who talked about The Fly here, the falsetto is definitely Bono in the album version but live it is the Edge.

Cheers,

J
