The Unforgettable Fire needs to go this round. Really great U2 songs, but the dated 80's synth I think is enough to make it the least awesome song left.

Since this is between One Tree Hill and The Unforgettable Fire, One Tree Hill gets my vote as The Unforgettable Fire is in my top 5 and One Tree Hill is only in my top 20.

I still think Bad will win. Though this is a survivor, strategic voting stops with the finals, where you're essentially asked to pick your favorite of the two. More people here consider Bad their all-time favorite than do WOWY, and it probably won't even be close.

I was talking to someone last night who just totally hated WOWY. Thought it epitomised the cheesy eighties power-ballad. Granted, they weren't a U2 fan, but it was interesting to hear, because it doesn't have a big synth riff or female backing vocalists or a children's choir or anything like that.
