Working on a watercolour piece (autumn leaves) and doing gayphics work and surfing here. I'm doing all three inefficiently.

Just about to eat a banana i cooked in the oven from a recipe in my diet book - you put it in silver foil with a tablespoon of rum (i've used the last of my Morgans!) a good pinch of cinammon, a blob of low fat spread plus some honey!!! Serve with yougurt, i'm just going to try it!



Verdict: WICKED!!!!
