It'll be interesting to see how the next Bond film (what's that title again? Quantum of Solace?) picks up after Casino Royale.

Announce that you are now going powerjuice.
Give a deathstare to everyone in range.
Pick up forcefully, and with purpose.
Dominate.
Wipe mouth with sleeve.
Slam down glass.
Leave.
Slam door.
Open door.
Scream to those around, "THAT IS HOW YOU FUCKING GO POWERJUICE!"
Slam door.
Sit behind desk.
Whoop.
There should be a special key combination that makes this paste on call. Control+PJ.

Quantum of Solace it is, yes.

Agreed, will be very interesting to see if they keep the momentum going, and how they treat the next steps in Bond's evolution.

And on that note, I'm off for a bit.....later, all!

There are some people out there who are unable to grasp sarcasm and this makes me laugh. How obtuse do you have to be?

Yes, and I'm refering to Muldy's response to Pfan in ZS.

There's a red mark on my forehead from slapping it so hard when I read his most recent post.

I'll have to go find it and see.

One thing I have to say....I grew up in NYC, lived there for 26 years, then went to Los Angeles....and sarcasm plays well in both cities, especially the former. However, now that I'm in the Midwest, it does not play quite as well. That's not to say that nobody employs, gets or appreciates it. It's just not as common....which in a way is good, because I do appreciate earnestness; I can roll either way.

I found it. Yeah, he's a bit slow on the uptake sometimes when it comes to the sarcasm.

He sure loves his 4400 and BSG, though.

It's funny, cos I love BSG as well, am just not as gung-ho about it, nor as expressive about how politically insightful it is.

SI has an article on Joe Juneau this week....looking forward to getting to it, seems he's doing something in the Sub-Arctic. I remember when he came into the league and all the expectations that were heaped upon him.

"Potential" is a dangerous and burdensome word in the sports vernacular.
