So, for those of you that sort of have an idea of what I do for a living (it involves foreclosures), something just happened that I always thought COULD possibly happen but doubted it would....

I'm opening a new file and I have to run a search on the former mortagor (the person that defaulted on their loan) and I instantly realize that I am handling the foreclosure of a friend. I can't step out of the proceedings and they will know that I am handling their case.

Fuck.

1 shot pineapple juice
1 shot triple sec

Now you can have your cake and drink it too.
