The Best Album Titles

Here's something mildly different. I was just thinking about this for seemingly no reason, but there are quite a few instances where solely the title of an album gets me thinking, brings up emotions, gets the blood pumping, or makes me want to dance. Some album titles are so damn good you barely even need the awesomeness inside the album. And the best case is when you find an amazing album that moves you in a certain way, and it has a title so damn good that when you read it, all those amazing emotions you feel hit you before you even hit the play button.

So, I ask you fine folks, what are your favorite album TITLES?

Here's mine.

THE WILD, THE INNOCENT, AND THE E-STREET SHUFFLE - Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band

Not only is this my favorite Springsteen album, but it's one to which I can truly relate. It's the quintessential album of the Jersey Youth, and it stands for everything the typical New Jersey teenage guy experiences at one point or another, lazy hazy summer days, first love, lost love, dancing on the street, the longing to escape, and a general lust for life. Springsteen created the perfect young album, and the title is friggen perfect. Maybe it's just a Jersey thing, but that's my life...the wild, the innocent, and the E-street shuffle.

Honorable Mentions:

Sea Change - Beck
Scary Monsters - David Bowie
Life's Rich Pageant - R.E.M.

Ian McCulloch the U2 fan:
"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

Maybe You've Been Brainwashed Too - Radicals it's just funny as hell...

The Joshua Tree - U2 I nomally don't post U2 related things in this forum, but seriously this album title really moved me when I was young and first bought this album...

When the Pawns.... Fiona Apple isn't this the longest tile ever?
