There's not really much we can do at this point other than be pests for information which it seems the Palace really doesnt have anything yet other than they are saying 2pm.

~ladyLemon~ and I droveby the Palace two years ago...if I remembercorrectly...it islike an enclosed structure with one way in and out. Iguess they could possibly restrict people until 2pm.

People should start lining the road to get in at 8am...they would have to do something then.
