Chris drops the lyric "every tear a waterfall" in the song. He must just be totally in love with that concept/image.

Kinda like how he repeated "if you never try then you'll never know" on X&Y.

It doesn't sound like a Coldplay song, the intro at least. It's a decent song but nothing special I don't think. The production is extremely modern, even veering towards mainstream modern hip-hop/r&b at times... not sure how I feel about that.

Paradise is pretty different from their usual stuff, but I've gotta say, I'm really liking it. The strings in the background are great, as is the guitar solo at the end.

I've listened to and loved this band for over a decade now, but all the new songs I've heard have been rubbish and the words "ft. Rhianna" in a song title is usually a good indicator that the song's going to be pretty shit too so it hardly make the new album sound any more exciting...
