More Computer Troubles!!

I keep trying to open up any files or even the recycle bin on the computer... i get this error message and this "dr.watson" thingie shows up.

Now I've run every single form of virus scan software or adaware software, but nothing problematic shows up. But right now that pc is still practically useless.

It could be a virus alright....

However, windows has also got a program called DrWatson.exe. so don't confuse the two.
