I am using my measurements as a method of weighing myself.

and that I will not post here!

I will say that today I did:

20 mins on the bike
20 mins on the eliptical machine

yesterday:
1.5 hours of pure strength training w/ the trainer and 10 mins of electro therapy on my quads.

I know this will all pay off in the end.

I did 20 push ups, 20 sit-ups, and 25 leg lifts because my sister's been doing them and is taunting me.

I find exercising like this so boring, I hate it. I like rollerblading or hockey so much better. It's really going to be quite difficult to keep doing it.

i need to lose 15-20 lbs.

All the cholesterol and fat is spawning facial pimples (among other places) at the age of 28.

Yesterday, I swam 600m in less than 30 minutes... got a headache. and today, i had no desire to go out swimming again cuz i was so tired.

I had a function at work yesterday...I missed out on piles of cookies, nanaimo bars, pasta salad....well, I had about 2 tablespoons of it, which was VERY good for me. I had a glass of red wine too. But overall, not a bad start.

Today I'm starting my cycling.

Well I just had my dinner and it was very nice. I stir fried some minced beef with courgettes, mushrooms and tomatoes, and added some wourcestershire sauce, red wine and guinness mustard

It was very yummy, if not at all low fat (although I drained as much fat from the beef as I could). I suppose technically I haven't broken my diet as there were next to no carbs in it, but I don't really like eating fatty food if I can help it

I hate having to watch my weight

that's the spirit
I decided to to have carrot and celery juice for lunch today, first time in ages, and my juice extractor made a popping sound and then very smelly electrical smoke started pouring out of it. YUK!! I have had it for years, but not a good start eh?
And today I gave my exercise bike to my eldest son. He's packed on some excess weight lately, not a good thing at only 21 years of age.I'll find another bike in my travels one day.
I stumbled upon a pic of myself (torso) that I took to make an avatar for here when "Electrical Storm " was released , wearing my "Alladinsane" lightening bolt t-shirt and my fave black jeans. I was shocked and saddened. It was good to be slim again and feeling good in clothes and in general. I cleaned out my wardrobe today, all the Size 10 clothes that don't fit me anymore had to go. It really made me feel like crying
But that won't achieve anything will it?
Eat less, walk further
You saved me in the nick of time Dano...thanks man

Yesterday I worked out for another 30 mins and had a light dinner. Next time I go to work out i'm going to start working out on my arms
