Come In Number 51, Your Time Is Up. Only because I think it shouldn't be here. I hope Tigers doesn't go out this round. If you're a fan of Waters' politically-charged 1977-1983 phase, it's easily a top tenner. There's just so much emotion and sadness in the song that gets to me every time, especially when I watch the video. And speaking of videos... For the benefit of anyone who might not have heard these songs before:

Arnold Layne: http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=4AFjozY-KYs

My pleasure.

So, which song are you guys pulling for? The Floyd rarities are all so good...but for me, it's got to be Careful With That Axe, Eugene. Pretty much the highlight of every early Floyd live show.

[drum fill] Da da da dum, da da da dum [/drum fill]
AAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

See Emily Play is fantastic. Love Rick's keyboard work in that one. It sounds so Sixties.

Eugene for me. Superb. Love the Pompeii version!

Yeah, the Pompeii version is pretty effing fantastic. Have you heard the Zurich '72 performance where Roger goes off on a Scottish rant ala "Several Species..."? It's slightly terrifying in an awesome way.

Tigers, again.

I wouldn't mind seeing any of these win:
See Emily Play
Paint Box
Julia Dream
Careful With That Axe Eugene
The Embryo

Julia Dream is my choice here, with Eugene as a close second. Embryo is also brilliant. For now, however, I am with you in voting for #51.

I'm pulling for any of these:

Julia Dream
It Would Be So Nice
Biding my Time

What Shall We Do Now? got my vote this time. I simply don't care for it much at all, and Number 51 is too good to vote for.

It doesn't matter if Number 51 goes, seeing as its twin is going to be sticking around for a while. ;) Nice to see you pulling for Biding My Time, though! That song is so underrated by Floyd fans.

Julia Dream is my close second. Now that I think of it, it's actually going to be really difficult to choose between Julia Dream and Eugene.
