No...Steak and cheese is a cheesesteak. A hoagie is a big fucking sandwich with cold cuts, oil and vinegar, lettuce and tomato. At least in Philly it is.

A grinder is similiar to a sub, except its on toasted and/or flavored bread and its generally flatter and wider. At least around here thats what it is.
