I did. They couldn't detect anything wrong

Weird.

The only email address I could find at YSI is abuse@you send it.com. Yes, that's the address you use if you want to report a file with illegal content. Don't know if it will help anything trying to contact them through this

Thanks for your help, U2Man

I wonder if someone reported me to the abuse team. In that case I'm now out for blood

My friend found me support@you send it.com. I've emailed them about the issues I'm having. I reeeeally hope this gets resolved soon.

Bee, I was just thinking...
With my limited knowledge of Internet stuff...

But what are you using as a proxy?
Is it possible to (temporarily) remove the proxy or use another one?
Because maybe your ISP is blocking You Send It. Removing said proxy might help then.

*had kinda like this problem a while ago with Photobucket and his ISP*

It is basically a server that sits between your browser and the server of your ISP. It intercepts all requests your browser makes and tries to handle them itself, if it cannot it forwards them to your ISP. If you look at your Internet connection settings in windows, you should be able to see if you are using a proxy.

Who's your ISP?

I don't know how to see if I'm using a proxy on Mozilla Firefox

These suckers: Qwest DSL with MSN Premium. Their tech support is useless

Edit -> Preferences then on the General tab there's a button to go to the Connection Settings (bottom right).

Hmm. My proxy thingy is set on the 'Direct connection to the Internet' bullet.

OK, try this then:
Set the proxy thingy on Manual Proxy and use as the address proxy.qwest.com with Port 8080 (and use this proxy for all protocols). You might need to exit Firefox and start it up again. See if it helps (and please, test first if you can go to all your regular sites).

And oh, if you're downloading something through Firefox, then please finish that one first.
