Hi Ruff!

Yes, it can be as I learned from plucking my eyebrows the night before my freshman year pictures. But this time, it's only 1 or 2 hairs out of line. Now that I look at it more closely I doubt anyone will notice but me.

I'm borderline OCD when it comes to my eyebrows.
