As for the 'putting on weight' thing, you've just reminded of a conversation that made me laugh out loud.. after the first MSG show 2 weeks ago myself and my mate from Wales meet up with some guys that were over from Dublin in a bar and ended up bar hopping for the rest of the night (average age 30). At about 4am somewhere in Manhattan, one of the Irish fellas mentioned that he and his brother had noticed that Bono was looking a little 'fatter' tonight, and I joined in by saying how slim he's been 'since the Elevation tour'... this (drunken) conversation went on for some time between 5 fully grown men who had never met before... AND IT FELT TOTALLY NORMAL!!!
