It was a good show, even if they didn't play Fast Cars. I still have hope they'll play it tonight in the Motor City.

I agree, it was a pretty standard concert for them.
While Bono's voice was good, it was easy to hear
the tour strain that is developing. Also, there were a
number of technical glitches tonight that were funny
The set is showing some signs of road wear now,
some short circuts in the stage lights

A couple of times Bono lost his teleprompt and forgot
the words....he he he..I always

Overall a great night, as usual.

What's going on with the weak encore? I mean, don't get me wrong, they are great songs but we need to be rocking in the encore. Hello!!! ZOO STATION, THE FLY, DISCO.... what happened to these tunes? Have they've gone to the shelf for the rest of the tour!?!?

At least I got to hear Zoostation in Chicago...so nice
to see that in the lineup...wth is with not putting more
Achtung, Zoo, Pop into the mix....I cannot understand
why this FANTASTIC body of music does not show up.

I was at the Detroit 10/24 show. It was great, but I agree that another rocker should be added to encore.

A TelePrompter is what newscasters use to read their lines. Presumably they are referring to Bono using the same type of machine to remember lyrics to songs.

No complaints here!! I had a blast....mainly because I was within 15 feet of the guys and also I wasn't thinking about the concert too much beforehand!

We had rear stage seats for the 10/24 show. We could see the teleprompter. It was only 18" wide, but the text was large enough to read from where we were sitting, so we could tell what song was going to be next a few seconds before it started. Bono can only see it when using the center mike... but when you have 25 years worth of songs to remember, it probably comes in handy sometimes.
