Eric Dolphy - Out to lunch!
The Horace Silver Quintet - Song for my father
Edgard Varese - The Complete Works (Riccardo Chailly)

Yeah, so disregard those albums I named...wrong thread. :reject: The comment about Out to Lunch! still stands.

Hmm, fitting that I get to continue this one, I guess.

On vinyl:
The National - Boxer (already owned it on CD. Yay for spending double on an album! I guess THE NASH! are worth it though.)

dl'd these veckatimest and manners albums, just to see if it lives up to all your hype, and also coming on strong by hot chip.

Manners is only $15 at JB Hi-fi. Just throwing that out there. ;) Don't care whether you download albums or not (as long as you support a young band if you like what you've heard) but keep the thread's title in mind.

Bought Wilco (the album) a couple days ago. Was looking for something new, I had heard of them before, the reviews were good and the song samples were good. Honestly I'm not that impressed. A couple good songs like "One Wing" and "You And I" but it kinda feels like a going through the motions album. Probably a 3/5.
