The images were made for the Innocence + Experience Tour book. I see no reason they would re-use for an album cover.

As we all know by now that is NOT the official cover for U2's Songs of Experience.
I created this cover, as fan art, in 2015.
I recently wrote a blog entry after I discovered that several sources used my fan art in place of the official artwork by AMP Visual and Anton Corbijn.
Thought I would log on again to share my side of the story:
