Keep in mind that Bono is always a lot more optimistic about talking about release dates while the others are more cautious. Given that and the circumstances, I don't think Edge's comments suggest that the album is going to be delayed. I think he was just giving minimal information to this guy so that he'd back off; he handled the situation really well, I'd say.
