commences to drool over Edge AND his guitar gear :hyper: :wink:
Explorer, Black Strat and do I spy a Red-Sunburst Rickenbacher?? A Twelve String ?? :)drool:)

I learned me guitars through being a Who fan from waaay back, and know the RB from Roger McGuin in The Byrds (8 miles high, baby!) Some guitars, anyway! I don't think ever seen that orangey one!

I've :( neglected my poorer persons Squire fender for a l-o-n-g time. Have to get a buzzy string changed.
And when i briefly got a windfall i didn't get a small practice amp so i still run it through my Boom Box.

Have the Squier properly set up at your local shop. When the action isn't too high nor too low and buzzing, it makes playing more fun and the sound more inspiring.

Practice amp? There are plenty of decent choices. Try the VOX AC4TV. $250-$300 - and it has Switchable output levels: 4, 1 & 1/4 watt. Useful if you live in an apartment or home with others and need to keep the volume down.

thanks E_O
keep in mind for future (Practice amp) I don't have that kind of money at this juncture

when I got it it sounded fine for a bunch of months or about a year
it's one string now that buzzes.

Eventually i take to a shop to have it restrung not quite ready although maybe i'll re-find on e of the on-line tutorials for restringing :D

restringing an acoustic was easier! :applaud:
