Cool zooey!
It was an eat-only-pizza-crust night due to the extreme lack of hunger bc I was exhausted.
Did wake up and made my friend and her girlfriend watch Sid & Nancy though. Realized how ridiculously irritating Nancy's voice is. Now am going to bed. All in all...a very sleepy day. I also would not recommend sleeping through most of Boondock Saints like I did earlier today. That was bad.
FTWFor when I finally score Edge rail, "I'm under the Edge! OF GLORY!"
I thought the best known bassline was from "Under Pressure" by Queen/David Bowie?Lol, my dad is so delusional. According to him the worldwide best known bassline is from the Bodyguard by Paul Simon. And Graceland is the best album ever.
I don't think the rest of the world agrees with that. At least not those under 50. It may be a good album but I highly doubt many people my age even know it.
I'm such a bread snob as well.
Although I have learned that buying frozen dinner rolls and baking them in the oven is pretty damn good. : drool:
yay fun!Don't have time to catch up, but I thought I'd drop this little tid-bit off. The last part of my 4 Day Weekend of Awesome was the bike race/scavenger hunt/obstacle course. now I'm off to take a nap and then go for a swim since it's 78F and not a cloud in the sky. : wave:
Yep, this was possibly one of the most epicly awesome non-U2 weekends ever. Sad to see it end. But all good things must come to an end, right?

And you can always look forward to the next fun weekend!
By the way zooey, if ever you need a floor to sleep on again, I went out and got a full size memory foam roll-up pad for my floor for overnight guests because i felt so bad about you and Owen sleeping on the hard floor!
So just sayin'.
Watching Oscar red-carpet coverage. Normally I hate this kind of thing, but it requires little to no attention since I've gotta get Lil' CK to pick up his room & then get ready for bed, just put FroBaby down for a snooze (am praying she sleeps for at least the next 2 hrs), and am bemoaning the fact that I didnt get coupons clipped today.
I love that she's still Fro-Baby.
I love this stuff. Even if I have seen only one of the movies.
Hi VP and CK!
I'm watching the red carpet as well. I always keep it on mute because the interviews tend to be HORRIBLY awkward. I just like to look at the pretty clothes.
Hi, how are you doing?
I don't have cable, so I'm watching a dvd right now. But even if I did, I doubt I'd watch. Not sure if you follow Alan Cross or not, but this post is full of so much win. Alan Cross - A Journal of Musical Things - I Hate the AcademyAwards
I actually like the Golden Globes and Emmys, though. I think TV is far more entertaining than movies are in recent years.
I'm doing okay, thanks. I didn't sleep all that well last night, so hopefully tonight I'll get a better night of sleep. This morning my landlords' grandson was jumping up and down RIGHT ABOVE MY BEDROOM at 7am. I was not amused. He was yelling and screaming, and oh my god I was about ready to shoot him. This grandson is younger (and noisier) than the other one that lives with them, and I seriously do not like this little kid. So yeah, I've been a bit grumpy today as a result.
No, I don't follow him any more. I forget why I stopped following him, but he was obviously annoying me for some reason or another.
I agree - I rarely watch (new) movies any more. TV is where it's at.
Weird, I slept very badly last night too, and as a result, slept late today, and will probably have a bitch of a time falling asleep tonight and be exhausted tomorrow - woo.
