ok, so i settled on the new 30 gig video ipod. havent opened it yet, but i've heard comflicting reports as to HOW to rechrage the battery. do you have to buy yet another piece of equipment for this?

The way you charge the 5G iPod is through USB to your computer. They no longer come with AC adapters.

so you have to be at home to recharge them?

what about a week long camping trip? or travel to europe or something. sounds stupid to me.
