America Online Offers Exclusive Look at Celebrities' Personal Photos from the Primetime Emmy Awards

Emmy(R) Night Photos Taken by Ellen DeGeneres, Megan Mullally, Drea de Matteo, Zach Braff, Kristin Davis, Jimmy Kimmel and More Can be Seen Exclusively at AOL Keyword: Emmys

AOL's Celeb Candids Program Benefits DATA (Debt, AIDS, Trade, Africa), Bono's Organization to Raise Awareness About AIDS and Poverty in Africa

America Online, the world's leading interactive services company, today announced that a select group of 2004 Primetime Emmy® Award winners, nominees, and presenters will turn the tables on the paparazzi by showcasing their own behind-the-scenes photographs taken at some of the most exclusive events in the world of entertainment as part of AOL's Celeb Candids program. Participating Celeb Candids photographers include Zach Braff ("Scrubs"), Matthew Broderick ("The Last Shot"), Glenn Close ("The Lion In Winter"), Kristin Davis ("Sex and the City"), Ellen DeGeneres ("The Ellen DeGeneres Show"), Drea de Matteo ("Joey"), Jimmy Kimmel ("The Jimmy Kimmel Show"), Megan Mullally ("Will & Grace") and Amber Tamblyn ("Joan of Arcadia").

The personal photo albums from these celebrities are available exclusively to AOL® and AOL® for Broadband members starting today at AOL Keyword: Emmys. Past AOL Celeb Candids include images from the 2003 and 2004 Academy Awards® event, the Cannes Film Festival, the Los Angeles premiere of The Matrix Reloaded and the Los Angeles premiere of the The Lord of The Rings: Return of The King. For every celebrity photo appearing on the AOL® service as part of this program, a donation will be made to DATA, an organization started by U2's Bono that works to bring people and organizations from the United States and the world together to help stop the spread of AIDS and extreme poverty in Africa. Additional information about DATA can be found at DATA.org.

"Our Celeb Candids program is a fan's dream. Our members get an exclusive, intimate look at the biggest stars at the Emmys, beyond the traditional images from the red carpet and the award podium," said Patricia Karpas, Vice President and General Manager, AOL® Television. "We are also proud to support DATA and its mission to draw attention to the many crises facing Africa."

AOL has also teamed with People, Entertainment Weekly and InStyle to provide full coverage of the most memorable moments of the 2004 Primetime Emmy Awards at AOL Keyword: Emmys. Here, AOL and AOL for Broadband members can find a full list of Emmy night winners, a photo gallery of the best and worst Emmy night fashions, and highlights from the red carpet, backstage and the award presentations.
