Well, Shazam doesn't recognize the song either. But the vocals are definitely not Bono, not even close. The style is also more rootsy than U2, with vocals sounding more like Julian Casablancas from The Strokes. So it's remarkable that someone thought this might be U2.

Same here. I only use Interference when I'm on a laptop. So with an Ad-Block installed there are no annoying ads. Never used the app. I don't like it when I need to use a separate app for every little thing on my phone.

Pretty sure they vote to confirm. They are now in the spotlights for their foot-dragging on the Build Back Better Act and the filibuster changes, but usually they vote with the other Democrat proposals.

It's one of my favourite remixes of that song, because it is such a weird mix. I never cared for the original version of the song, but the Howie B, Hairy B Mix at least made something interesting of it. (I believe the David Holmes Remix is another version that I do like)

Where I noticed this was for Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. Two more recent albums made the list (Push The Sky Away and Skeleton Key) but classics like The Boatman's Call and Abattoir Blues/The Lyre Of Orpheus are nowhere to be found.

U2 are again participating in the RSD Black Friday event. The release is a 12" of Gloria with, apart from the studio version, three exclusive live versions. These live versions (never officially released on a physical format before) are from Dublin 1989 (or rather, the January 1st 1990 concert)...
