OK I finally got a hold of someone at Wembley. Box Office will open at 11am on Friday and anyone who needs to pick-up their tickets should be able to get them at that time :up:

I'm doing GA and chose the pick up at box office option, along with many of my friends. It's not ideal, but seriously, there is no way they won't let us pick up our tickets before the doors open. That would be beyond ridiculous.

I have nothing against the lottery, but I do think that the particular lottery system used during Vertigo was not the best, i.e. it did not prevent lining up early. If you do a lottery, at least do a smart one where a number is picked randomly and that is where the line starts, but do it early...

Come on, no one is stealing your tickets... Interference has always been a mostly American site, so everything always looks a bit biased this way. Doesn't mean there are thousands coming to the UK to see U2.

Did they tell you clearly this is also true for different shows, different cities, different countries? That all shows using ticketmaster.co.uk go together?

I know, can someone please tell me the point of queuing? Unless they keep a certain amount of tickets that can only be bought in person, it seems obvious to me that the internet is the way to go. GAs typically sell out in about 3 minutes, that's basically the time it takes for one person to go...
