There's not much more to say. Most of you disagree with me and that's cool.
I went to two shows in 2001 and don't recall it being an issue at all. They're two of the most special nights I've ever had at a concert.
I went to one show in 2005 and for whatever reason I don't remember being...
Like I said, if Bono wants to dedicate Sunday Bloody Sunday to whatever injustice there is going on in the world, then fine. I get that. But the relentless way they incorporate these issues from the other side of the world into the show is just not what people want from a night out at a...
No, not new to U2, and no, not my first tour. Well aware of Bono's M.O.
I guess when you see as many concerts as I do then go back to a U2 show for the first time in 4 years it just reminds you how fucking obnoxious it is that they can't just put on a normal concert. Leave that shit out of...
Unbelievable show last night at Gillette for so many reasons.....the sound was as perfect as any concert I've ever heard, the stage was the most insane thing I've ever seen out of my millions of concerts I've been to, and the set list was near perfect. But there was one HUGE problem....THE...

Because of the piano intro version of Walk On I've never been able to get with the live versions or even the album version. I honestly don't know the last time I heard the album version....the piano version is head and shoulders above all of them IMO. It's actually in my top 5 all time list...
This is exactly right. It was as powerful as any U2 moment I've ever had.
As great as the song is, I think it is a monumental task at this point for a newer song to make it into people's top 5 all-time. It can definitely happen, but too many of their songs have been around for 20+ years and...
Hmmm....Let me see, not liking one album in the early '90s' vs. pissing and moaning about 6 years of albums, tours, and band members. Yeah, that's the same thing.
Yeah, and half of you guys almost had a heart attack. The reaction was hilarious, you acted like I punched Jesus himself in the face or something. God forbid I hated that album. "How dare you disrespect the band like that! You threw it in the trash?! Blasphemy!!" is what I got. I hated...
