I believe that out of the country purchased tix were will call only. The US tix stated "standard delivery" at no additional charge during checkout.

Hi. I got a pair of tix on ticketmaster. Anyone with experience with getting GA tickets using presale codes, how soon do they send out the tickets? This time it only allowed standard delivery and stated that we should call ticketmaster if we don't receive the tix by 48 hours prior to the show...

I've seen that they drop excellent seats, even in the lower section (not sure about GA tix though). you have a good chance! check a few days before to print E ticket!!! Good luck!
