    Boots VS Magnificent

    Too true. The shortened version of Magnificent is simply butchered - they take out some of the best parts. It's stuff like this that stands out when I see the video. The song gets worse. On the other hand, Boots gets better with the video. There's actual energy to the song, unseen through...

    Boots is so much better once you see the video. That's when you realize the type of sound the band is really going for.

    It's probably been said already, but Winter sounds so much better in full quality than the original leaked version. The bass carries that song and was barely noticeable in the version that every heard originally.

    Too true. This review is way too subjective. His evaluation of NLOTH is too relative to his expectations, U2's identity, along with his opinion of previous U2 albums. Just listen to the fucking music! I can only imagine what score this would have received had it been for some unknown indie band.

    After Boots, I don't think this album has any obvious singles, and I'm totally okay with that.

    Opening Song

    Magnificent is almost too powerful to be an opener. It would do amazing work as the closer before encore. Everyone picture it right now and tell me I'm not right. I have no idea what they're going to do, but I would love for Breathe to be the opener, with a slightlightly extended intro.
