If I would take your descriptions of Lights of Home and Summer of Love for real, I would instantly sell my vinyl copy on Friday.

I'm waiting until Friday . SOE might offer some good stuff for my taste when users like Zoomerang or HollowIsland seem to like this album

Imagine, I will literally GO to a record shop on Dec1 and buy the vinyl version .. just because ... I like to FEEL a new U2 record in my hands , flip through the booklet , put the record on .. and just enjoy this analog feeling.

Is The Blackout the „ballsiest“ song on SOE? In terms of soundscapes? I did not read any reviews yet which would describe SOE being a bit more raw than the average U2 pop/rock song. That would make me :sad:

Yeah, but with a running time of 02:41 minutes it is quite short. But maybe it works as an atmospheric starting track to set the mood
