Larry, it's true, I once saw him frown in the same room as a plate of cookies. And when asked what his favorite cookie was, he just gave some vague dismissive answer. He couldn't name a single cookie.

Larry is not on board with cookies. Bono knows it, and likes it... more for him.

Bono's obviously not going to go for the chorus on this tour. He can't sing like he did in 1987, plus if he does try and go for the chorus he risks doing damage for the rest of the tour and for the rest of the show.

Thinking about it, it's quite easy to see him sing it in his lower register which is comfortable for him

Possibly, I can only see that if he's struggling beforehand. I can definitely see them doing the backwards and forwards with "all that's left to hold on to" that we hear in the 2017 mix

The majority had heard or read that the vocals were the reason for RHMT not being a single or played live, so you can pat yourself on the back for being right along with most.

The majority found that thread to be annoying af. I mean, I may not be the body language expert that you are, but I can read, and I don't imagine that thread would have gotten too many 'likes' (based on the premise or op)if there had been a like button option.

Listen, I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt since you started to act civil for 30 seconds at one point, but I can't do that any longer. In your own words; anyone with emotional intelligence would be willing to admit they were wrong. And you couldn't even do that properly; when I posted the link showing we were on the same page, your response was 'you lost so suck it up'.

Anyone who insists on their opinion being accepted as fact and then is oblivious to their own bully tactics with anyone who doesn't, has serious emotional-intelligence issues OR they're just 100% asshole. Either way there is no possibility of engagement.

So I'm out. I can no longer even try with you.

Has it occurred to you that when a lot of regulars as well as lurkers are speaking up about the way you conduct yourself, that maybe you need to take a break, or revaluate how you're interacting with people?

It's like that saying about if you feel like you're dealing with assholes all day...

I can tell you right now that when the mods go through this thread they're going to identify you as the problem person here, not everyone complaining about you.

I just figured it out. redhill's avatar is a JT era photo of Larry looking miserable. Larry was never on board with the Joshua Tree. No wonder he's not on board with the anniversary tour.
