I thought I could hold out longer than I did. I lasted one fucking day. :lmao: I'm such a weakling - the temptation was just too much for me to resist. It's soooo beautiful, and has so many cool things in it. I'm sure there are tons of hidden things/easter eggs that I'll definitely be googling about once I've watched all the episodes. That will be fun. :) I'd contemplated waiting until Christmas in the hopes of an even lower price, but I'm glad I bought it now.

I went to work for an hour and a half today, and just couldn't hack it. I'm still not feeling 100%, so I came home. I slept for a while, and now have Lost going. :drool: Sick days are awesome. :lol:

I was just watching some of the Moscow videos. I need that dvd NAO. :scream: I may have to resort to cobbling together my own Moscow dvd from You Tube videos.

Sure! I'll keep whatever You Tube files I download, but if you can wait a few weeks or so, I'm sure a proper dvd that'll be much better will surface. If one doesn't, at least we'll have YT to fall back on. Either way, I'll get one to you. :)

I need to head out too. The lure of cheap dvds is calling to me, and Sarah wants to go to the mall while we're out. Have fun with Kat and Craig! :hug:

As long as your computer has the typical specs for that model, then yes, it should be a dual layer dvd burner. Although any computer new enough to come with 4 gigs of RAM should certainly have a dual layer.

The program needs hard drive space when you're converting and burning a dvd, because the converted dvd file is stored in a temp file, and it's the temp file that's burned. When the dvd is done, it deletes itself, unless you set it to save the conversion, but I'm pretty sure the default setting is to delete. That gets tricky for me sometimes, because I try to keep as many shows on my computer as possible, so that I can upload for others, so my hard drive is almost always nearly full. It's a balancing act. :uhoh:

ETA: Thanks for the advice on brands VP, though I don't think I've seen the one you mentioned here. It's usually Sony or Phillips.
