We can just meet up at a local mexican restaurant. chips, salsa, beers, margaritas, tacos, etc. yes, I like that.

Or we can just cook dinner in our hotel since those of us at the Towne Place Stes will have kitchens. take the dinner down to the pool and just chill out.

There's an El Torito in the building at the northwest corner of Katella and State College, walking distance...average Mexican food, chips, salsa and pretty good Margarita list..FYI.
