I hate the British Council. I had my letter of recommendation that was lost in the mail overnighted on Wednesday and it was signed for yesterday at noon, but they still said they don't have it. An hour ago, the girl said she would check the mail room and call me back if they had it, but she hasn't called back yet. So now my application won't be considered because it's not considered complete and they were being sent to the readers today. I am SO angry.
