I've recently visited St Petersburg on holiday and I've managed to buy this CD featuring the band's early demo recordings (the title throws you a bit because it only goes upto 1983) anyway the tracklisting for this CD is as follows:

I'm very pleased with this CD as it has some great songs on it and shows what U2 were like when they started out.

Demo versions rule! IMHO they should include at least one demo version of any single they release instead of those god awfull dance remixes. At least the demo serves a purpose as it shows us how U2 work and rework their songs.
