rap - why is there rap in the song? and why does the guitar part sound a bit like a queen song?
1985 much better

I had a feeling that Bono would have been cringing while listening to that

Ugh. That Band Aid thing STANK. And - I can't believe I'm going to say this - Bono's line was almost as bad as the rap. He just destroyed his own famous line. Oh, that is just ... no, that's horrid.

I think he did wreck his own line too - wish he hadn't have tried that bit again... I found it hard to listen to because I wanted it to be as good as 1985, but I feared it wasn't going to come close...
 
Ugh, this song on now is awful. "I've got soul but I'm not a soldier" has to be one of the worst lines EVER.
