Your 5 most listened to cd's of the week...

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I didn't bring enough music home with me for spring break, so I only have three.

Uncle Tupelo- Anthology (words cannot express how much I enjoy this album)
The Music- The Music
Old 97s- Too Far to Care

I'm the same as Gickies, no CD-listening for me, just mp3s, material from...

Radiohead - Live At The Ten Spot
U2 - Various mp3s, I'm trying to do a compilation of sorts
The Clash - self-titled

...and then I realise that's all I've been listening to, bar my playlist which I intend to put on tape one day. I'd post it here, but no one would quite care, so...

Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon (SACD - brand new remaster that sounds frigging amazing!)
The Police - Every Breath You Take: The Classics
Radiohead - OK Computer
Wilco - Summerteeth
Cleveland Quartet - Beethoven String Quartets Op. 127 & 131

Plus I've been listening to the interference mix cds a lot. :)

I don't think I've listened to any CD more than once this week, except for What's Going On by Marvin Gaye. I think I listened to that three times. I just bought it recently and I've fallen madly in love with it.

U2 - ATYCLB
Idlewild - 100 Broken Windows
Interpol - Turn on the Bright Lights
my Interference mix CDs
The Smiths - Singles

I've read some positive things about this one

how do you rate it?

As LarryMullen's_POPAngel said, 'You Are Free' is very good, Salome.

She has this unique aching pathos to her music that's really beautiful and heartwrenching. Very good stuff. Definitely check it out.

I just bought some new cd's so I have to listen to them to get into them as usual....good stuff so far.

1. The Music - The Music
2. AFI - Sing The Sorrow
3. Linkin Park - Meteroa
4. Matthew Good - Avalanche
5. Coldplay - A Rush Of Blood....

Is it good? I want to buy it.

Well if you own the last cd mattew good band released (audio or being) then you'll like this one too. Kind of the same sort of quiet matt good fan have grown to love, or hate. I've only listened to it a few times now (damn new cd's take up my time now), so I can't really remember much of it right now....but now that you asked I will be listening to it again today sometime.

Bottom line......buy it if you liked audio of being, then I think you'll like this cd. If you didn't, buy this one anyway.....what do i know? You might like this one better than the old stuff....like I said I still need to listen to it a little more yet.

This past week I've been listening to:

- Sinead O'Connor "Faith and Courage"
- Frank Sinatra "Greatest Hits"
- Therapy
- Molotov " Dance and Dense Denso"
