....go see "Kate and Leopold"!!! Ok, so the movie is no piece of cinematic greatness, although as a lite romantic comedy it works just fine. But Hugh is worth the price of admission alone. OMG. He is not only lovely to look at but just oozes charm. Yum Yum. For a quick fix, you gotta check out this movie.

Without a doubt he OOZES charm-I've seen him on TV promoting the movie. I have to see that.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Hugh Jackman took lessons from an etiquette coach and an equestrian coach to play an English duke in the new romantic comedy ``Kate & Leopold.''

Jackman has received a Golden Globe nomination for best actor in a musical or comedy for his role as Leopold, who time travels from 1876 to present-day Manhattan, where he falls for Kate (Meg Ryan), a marketing consultant.

``I had to go to England and find out what it's like really to be aristocratic,'' the 33-year-old actor told reporters recently.

``And for that to feel natural I had an etiquette coach and I was having sessions with her every day learning how to walk up stairs, how to bow, how to eat, how to drink, how to dance, how to sit and not to gesticulate when I talk.''

He also learned how to ride a horse.

``I had barely ridden a horse before. And that was tough 'cause I had one of those equestrian coaches (who) did everything but slap me with the horse whip,'' he said. ``It was brutal but fun.''

truly.

when i had my wisdom teeth out, that was the only movie i watched. i was drugged out and thinking "god he's hot. whoa. he's so hot."

i'm sure my hubbie was a little miffed.
