Today I was trying to find an old recording of Bono speaking an Irish poem on the radio in Ireland. This was a long, long time ago... decades have past and I'm not sure where I've placed the recording. I think I had it on tape and it never made the jump to the digital world. If I had to guess, I'd say early 1980/81?

Vague Description
The poem he read was from an Irish poet (I believe) concerning someone's observations on a cold Christmas Eve night. I remember one part read "sirens searched and sirens screamed" and I remember Bono saying afterwards that the poem was art and that he just couldn't explain it.

Has anyone heard or know of this recording?
