One, With Or Without You and All I Want Is You at the top, they're unbeatable it seems like but Moment Of Surrender comes in as fourth and to do such a song 33 years in the business is pretty remarkable. That also means that Moment Of Surrender is IMO the best ballad U2 has produced in 18 years, and that's not bad even at a fourth place.

WOWY is romantic for a couple

Have you ever listened to the lyrics? It's not a romantic song for couples. It's obviously about a twisted, messed-up relationship. (That's not a knock on the song by any means - I've been in that kind of relationship and Bono described it perfectly. That's one reason I love that song so much).

Moment does'nt feel like a ballad at all to me.... its an outpouring kind of in a way that Bad or Elvis Presly and America or So Cruel is..... One, With Or Without You, All I Want Is You, Stay and Sometimes are the only ballads still.
