What is pomodoro exactly?

Spaghetti with tomatoes and basil.

Although that one in the pic looks to be too dry

It's easy to make too! Just make the spaghetti as you normally would, and in a separate pan, cook tomatoes with some garlic and add pasta sauce and some spices... and pour it over and mix well and voila
