It sounds like the same thing for international mail to the US
Street, City, Zip, Country, Country (to go to Scotland)
vs.
Street, City, State, Zip, Country (to go to the US)
Same amount of info, just in a different form. Is Scotland a country or a state? Is the UK a country or some other body?
