The greatest guitarist, ever!

Do you agree with the following statement?

'Edge is the greatest guitarist, EVER' i certainally think soo but i wud like to know what other U2 fans think.

I do think he's the greatest guitarist ever, but my opinion is definitely a biased one, being the rabid U2 fan that I am.

I remember reading somewhere that when Edge first started playing the guitar, he didn't like the guitar sounds he heard on the radio so he invented his own.

Perhaps Edge isn't the most technically impressive or flashiest guitarist in music. But I would rather hear him play guitar than anybody else.
Besides, who needs to be flashy when they can be bedazzling!
