Streets music video liquor store address

Does anyone know if the liquor store in downtown LA whose roof U2 played on top of for their Where The Streets Have No Name music video is still there?

if it is, does anyone know the exact address or major streets where it's located?

Yeah, in the video for Streets, the radio DJ even mentions that it's not the nicest part of LA and to be careful.
