Silverblue and jet

Illuminate the clearest sky
Throwing shadows sharp as day
Scattered diamonds struggle against
A nimbus soft and brilliant.
Overwhelmed, the nearest succumb,
Distance grants others existance.
I stare until the glare is faded
And I can make out the scars...

Stillness surrounds us,
The air is sweet...
And there is nothing between myself and the universe
but crystal clarity and moonlight.
